Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your SnapCall account at any time. We'll delete your account and the data linked to it, including your recordings, within thirty (30) days of verifying your request, except for any data we're required to keep by law. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted and are not refundable.

This opens your email app with the request ready to send to info@snapcall.app. Please send it from the email address linked to your account if you have one, so we can verify it's you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
